Washington Times: Todo Bien En Puerto Rico

Todo este tiempo que he estado pensando lo mal que nos iba en nuestra isla. Pero ahora ya me siento mejor porque el editorial de hoy del Washington Times dice que en Puerto Rico todo está bien:

” … [About Puerto Rico] The present arrangement is working. The burden of proof in arguments to change this lies with statehood advocates. Such proof is not likely to emerge. What’s likely is more of the demagoguery we heard in the arguments for giving the District of Columbia a voting representative in the House. Advocates called Republican opponents who objected on constitutional grounds little short of bigots and racists. Since nothing is broken in Puerto Rico, there’s nothing to fix.”

El Washington Times dice que “Since nothing is broken in Puerto Rico, there’s nothing to fix” así que podemos seguir con las cabezas debajo de la arena y seguir celebrando las navidades en septiembre. ¡Felicidades!
